Learn All the Time Network VISTA
The VISTA will support increasing program quality for partners through a child-centered and equity-centered approach. Opportunities include:
Developing, evaluating, and updating tools for collecting Learn All The Time Network internal and partner data.
Strengthening the internal capacity for reporting data back to partners efficiently.
Researching and implementing data practices that consider data equity and promote program equity. Improve ways to measure the effectiveness and impact of quality innovation and improvement efforts of the Learn All The Time Network.
Continuing the Learn All The Time Network youth data collection process and develop a plan for adding a second data point.
Improving professional development opportunities through survey development and analysis.
Developing and implementing a systematic process for providing partner feedback.
Evaluating equity-centered practices that will best serve Network partners, as well as the underserved youth, families, and communities they serve.
And other projects based on your interests and the needs of the Network!
This role is through the City of Austin’s AmeriCorps VISTA Program. The City of Austin AmeriCorps VISTA Program works with City departments and local nonprofits to build capacity, in order to provide resources and services to the Austin neighborhoods and communities that may otherwise be left behind by Austin's historic disparities and future growth. The AmeriCorps members serving with the City of Austin AmeriCorps VISTA Program work in such diverse fields as education, health, waste reduction, and housing to cover the myriad ways poverty affects these neighborhoods and communities.
