CYD aims to reduce and prevent juvenile delinquency in 78744, to increase youth leadership and community development, to increase the use and availability of role models, positive examples, mentors, and tutors of youth, and to provide life skills-enhancing programs for youth. CYD is proud to have a 100% rate of youth who are involved in a CYD not engaging in delinquent behavior while attending a program.
