After School Leader - Boys Scout

Job Description

We are looking for somebody who enjoys playing with kids and positively influencing their futures! This person will be specifically working with children in lower income areas at multiple locations so they must be empathetic and passionate. We make the curriculum and provide you with supplies and all you have to do is manage activities and have fun with the scouts. As a paraprofessional, you must have good communication skills. Besides the usual after school hours, we also host scouting events on Saturdays sometimes if you'd like more hours : ). Hours are completely based on your schedule

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver instruction to students according to the curriculum and requirements they must fulfill to get their badges at the end of the semester.

• Suggest ways to help the curriculum be more exciting for the kids

• Keep a record of each student's attendance

• Have fun!

Hours and Compensation

• $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• After school- Monday to Friday
